Brand Decision Tool
The online, AAA Brand Decision Tool is designed to support product development and brand practitioners in brand architecture positioning of their product/service to the highest level of brand extension acceptable by the consumer.
The primary focus of the AAA Brand Online Decision Tool is to provide an easy step-by-step tool for product managers to determine how their product/service should be branded within the AAA consumer marketplace. This is done through a series of ten (10) or less questions and steps that open viewpoints and discussion, plus address due diligence for the potential partner, product, or service.
Once the questions are completed and all elements are addressed, the tool provides a consistent method for positioning the product with the AAA brand. In the end, the manager is provided a copy of the questions and their answers. This provides an analysis opportunity to address why a product is positioned as shown in the results.
This tool has been endorsed and recommended for use by all new product managers by the AAA Board of Directors.
