Restaurant Approval Requirements

To be considered a valid applicant for AAA evaluation, restaurants must meet (13) Approval Requirements. These minimum requirements reflect AAA/CAA members' basic expectations.

Prior to completing an Application for Evaluation (provided below), please review the minimum requirements to verify your establishment's eligibility to apply.

If your establishment meets all Approval Requirements for restaurants, click to obtain a Restaurant Evaluation Application (pdf). Please print a copy, complete, and mail to the address noted on the top of the form.

Important Note: It is not AAA's intention to list every restaurant that meets minimum Approval Requirements. To ensure members' travel needs are well represented, priority consideration is given to these attributes: Location Newly built, newly opened, or renovated High degree of cleanliness and comfort Overall property is well maintained Reputation as best, whether simple eatery or fine dining Diversity in cuisine type and style of operation Other significant benefits, such as unique design, operation, or value
